United Way of Okaloosa & Walton Counties is governed by an independent Board of Directors.  The Board is responsible for making all policies and procedures for the United Way of Okaloosa & Walton Counties.  Board members are chosen from a cross section of community members. They meet bi-monthly, serving without compensation, to set policies and review the performance of the organization.
