Nicole joined the United Way Emerald Coast team in June 2022. She provides leadership and supports the Community Impact agenda by implementing a strategic and cohesive plan, cultivating community relationships, developing cross-sector partnerships, engaging in the community, and measuring results on community-wide goals.
Nicole has lived on the Emerald Coast since 2013, brought here by way of the military through her husband’s service in the U.S. Air Force. She also traveled the world as a military brat while her father served as well. She graduated from high school in Missouri, where she calls home, and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing her Master’s, also in Psychology. She is a graduate of Leadership Okaloosa and an active member of the Junior League of the Emerald Coast.
Nicole has worked for non-profits during her time here in Florida and served in youth programs for 23 years. Her passion for relationship-building and connection in the community that comes from working together on a shared mission to do good brought her here.
