Welcome!
We’re humbled and excited that you’re interested in presenting at United Way Emerald Coast's 3rd annual United for Impact, a Non-Profit Conference presented by United Fidelity Bank and hosted by Beachside Church. This one-day event is dedicated to supporting, inspiring, and strengthening the non-profit sector across our region. Last year’s event welcomed over 200 passionate attendees, and in 2026, we aim to grow both our reach and impact even further.
Event Details:
The conference is on Thursday, October 1st at Beachside Church (200 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL).
How You Can Help:
We’re looking for engaging presenters to lead sessions on topics that help non-profits thrive. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Capacity and Sustainability Building
- Fundraising (grant writing, mini campaigns, "the ask")
- Data and Impact Measurement
- Community & Volunteer Engagement
- Corporate Partnerships
- Leadership Development
- Storytelling - Build Your Organization's Story
- Social Media
- AI
- Crisis Communication
Whether you're a seasoned non-profit leader, consultant, or changemaker with fresh insights to share, we want to hear from you! You may submit more than one session proposal; however, please note it is unlikely that more than one presentation by the same speaker will be selected.
Presentation Format:
Sessions are 40 minutes long and will be held in person. We encourage presentations around 30 minutes with time for Q&A. Workshops should be interactive and practical, focusing on real-world strategies, actionable items, and tools to take back. AV support is provided, and we ask that slides be submitted at least on or before September 24th. Panel discussions and co-presenters are welcome.
We are still finalizing our agenda. The tentative time slots are listed, but please note they may shift by up to 30 minutes earlier or later: 10:10-10:50 am, 1:45-2:25 pm, and 2:35-3:15 pm.
Who’s In the Audience?
We anticipate over 200 attendees at the conference. During the breakout sessions, we plan to offer 2–3 concurrent options. Attendees will select the session that best aligns with their interests, with each session expected to draw between 20 and 80 participants.
Our audience represents a broad cross-section of the nonprofit sector, with professionals at all levels of experience and responsibility. Attendees may include executive directors of large organizations, front-line case managers, some may be rocking their agencies' social media, volunteer management, fundraising, or everything and anything in between.
Selection Process:
A committee will review and select the sessions. All applicants will be notified of their acceptance status no later than August 14, 2026.
Deadline to apply:
July 31, 2026 at 5pm
